I expected better service, but this was a disaster. I've stayed in many hotels, and this was absolutely subpar—one day, I waited over an hour for a bottle of water! Plus, the rudeness from the staff at the coffee area was astonishing—they clearly prefer local guests over tourists. Honestly, I was almost going to give a good review, but just couldn’t.

Couple pleasant stay

We had such a great time at the hotel. The location was brilliant, just a short walk to Old Town. The breakfast buffet was a nice mix of options, I didn’t mind starting my day there.

It wasn’t exactly cheap but was still acceptable for what we got.
